Australians aren't generally known for pissing in the soup (the tragedy of the commons for you educated types.) I can't imagine any country I'd be more surprised to hear this from. Please it gets overturned. As several people have said "Some guy just ruined the internet for everybody." "The landmark judgment means material published on the internet is deemed to have been published in the place it is viewed online, not the country of origin." So we can either give up on the first amendment or forget about ever leaving the country.
