Oooooh that's not good. As I discovered in high school, the barrier to nuclear devices is material. The fact that this kid did something in the same neighborhood with a cask of heavy water and some junk yard parts is truly frightening. I mean, it's waaaay cool and good for him, but I see a lot of things in the context of terrorism lately.
