One of our coworkers has Asperger's syndrome. He's a very nice well-intentioned guy but he has absolutely no social skills. I don't just mean like the-creep-you-meet-at-a-party no social skills, it's part of his disorder. It's unfortunate because he's a very friendly social guy. Well, today one of the nurses who doesn't usually wear makeup was wearing makeup. He told her (I'm 100% sure meant as a compliment) that she looked like Mimi from the Drew Carey show. ! ! ! He also once ran into a different female coworker whom he hadn't seen in a while and (also meant as a compliment) said "You look like you're eating well." Work is always interesting.
. . .
Ouch. This will be interesting to watch.

I knew this was going on but I just never got around to blogging about it. This is several billion times worse than Enron. Wonder why you haven't heard about it? Maybe this is where the money for those $400 hammers and $6,000 toilet seats come from. At any rate it should be a huge scandal, and the fact that it's not should be an even bigger scandal. Where are the protesters? Where are the angry pronouncements from democratic presidential candidates?
. . .
Ironic on so many levels.
