At last, a satisfactory resolution to the saga of Benno's laptop. After replacing 7 motherboards in 6 months they admitted that the unit was in fact, "posessed by demons." They were all free repairs even though it was 2 years old, because of a design flaw, but highly inconvenient nonetheless. Today they finally gave him a new laptop with a better processor and a $300 memory upgrade, plus it has a new 1 year warranty that they can upgrade to a 3 year warranty anytime during the year.
